[place your chicken breast on a cutting board and butterfly, then cut in half. preheat the grill to medium heat. Place the chicken breasts on the hot side of the grate. Sear the breasts for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, turning only once, until golden brown. Place the chicken on a serving plate and freely spoon apolonia honey dijon over them] enjoy!
